WOW ! What a varied start we've made to 2012.....

 

In January, the amazing Susannah Cole enlightened us with her story of how (from scratch) she has raised over £1 million in 18 months via joint venture partners. 

 

At our February meeting Graham Bell and John Pettinger from Property Investor Link revealed how they can help investors own their own BTL property using as little as £2,000 of their own money !!

 

In March, the remarkable Deena Honey revealed how through great adversity she has built her own property sourcing business from scratch over the past 2 years.  

 

In April, we had a planning and property goal-setting evening led by Gareth Davies. Plus Barry Fitzpatrick showed us how he's built up a valuable passive income from his student-lets in Bath. 

 

We will be following up on our actions at this month's meeting......PLUS we will give you a snapshot of how to legally claim title to empty properties. It can be done....and I have lined up a very special evening for you later this summer with the UK's leading expert, Peter Hogan. We will also have a local lettings update for you....what an evening!!

 

IF THAT'S NOT ENOUGH GARETH DAVIES will be sharing more motivational tips and techniques, AND.....

 

As always, there will be plenty of time for networking and discussing any property-related opportunities or issues with the group.

 

We're a small and friendly self-help group of between 25 and 35 people. New visitors are always welcome.

We meet at the Holiday Inn Express, M4 J16 on the third Thusday in the month from 6pm to 9pm. Networking and registration from 6pm, presentations start at 6:30pm. (NB : if 6:30pm is too early for you, then come along at 7:30pm and join us at the break).
